    sorry for posting the same more than once! Thanks for the response- I actually do like cardio on an empty stomach in the morning, I notice I am way kinder to my body when I do that- otherwise I fall off the wagon too much- I will look at your videos, thanks again.

    @princessayeesha1 – Robyn likes to do weights first thing in the morning because the gym is empty. A lot of fitness competitors love to do cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. It’s really different for everyone, what goals you have and what kind of time you have during your day.

    If you watch BaldwinRobyn’s youtube channel you can see a couple of my weight training routines.

    @princessayeesha1 – A combination of cardio and weight training is great for all around fitness. I definitely am a big fan of people doing both. Weight training will help you build lean muscle and actually burns a ton of calories. Some of my weight training workouts have me dripping w/ sweat.
