    Re: the turbok vs. the jam, MYGOSH, I did TJam at home then went to the gym and turbo kick KICKED MY BUTT!! I wasn’t sure if it was cause I was in front of other people or what, so now I know. :) That was years ago, now Bally’s doesn’t do it anymore. I need to sign up at Urban Fitness and see Angie SOON. Love your video Chalene, it made me laugh…and my 15 yo daughter! We love you!!

    Typically you will burn more calories with Turbo Kick than Turbo Jam because the workouts are longer and slightly more intense. However, if you go hard and do the longer Turbo Jam workouts, they’ll be close! As for pregnancy and exercise, you absolutely must consult your physician. I can only offer my opinion, which is to do what you were doing before, but your physicians recommendation trumps mine :)

    Hey Chalene I have a question. I am doing turbo jam now and I don’t know if I understood correctly but you said that turbo kick is more advance, which means I will burn more calories right? And my second question is: Can you exercise while you are pregnant and if you can which exercises will be most appropriate?
