The Squat rows look a lot like a cable version of a clean(from ground) and jerk and press. They look like a great way cycle them into the end of a workout, because I never feel comfortable doing those late in a workout.

With my client-we look to maximize the most amount of muscle stress-within a small space and within a short time frame. The Needle Core works the Shoulders, Core and Hip Flexors. Stabilization is what this exercise is aim on.

What muscles would you say that needle core is working? Or is it just to warm up?
