@SynisterCandy maybe because your putting to much calories in speed up your excerize tahst what i did and cut back on teh food
you have to have to have excerise no doubt their is no way you can eat all you want and still looose weight and not excerisze

i doing this diet for about a week now and guess what it works i lost 5 pounds its like portion control and it works if you bdo it right
like in the morning i take fruit juice or oatmeal
then by 9 i take 2 hard boiled egg
lunch fish a 1/2 cup of rice then the next snack like 3 piece of oreo cookie the dinner vegetable like cucumber. then i stop eating after 6 and i still exercise 2x a week
i still watch what i eat
ok,this diet yes you can eat whatever you want….BUT in SMALL porsionns,oviesly not burgers and pizza,beer and all that,you eath healthy stuff but in small porsions every 3 hours,trust me it works,i did it i lost about 5 pounds easy,i eat ice cream,not burger cuz i dont like them,not pizza cuz ireally dont like it,beer a lot of beer that i do but i still look the same,this works aswome it worked for me
i have the book and he doesnt talk about eating greasy pizza or hamburgers
there’s a list of what you should eat and how much. it’s a really good diet.
there is no way you can burgers and pizza every three hours and still lose the weight. There have to be a calorie limit somewhere.
conceptually it makes sense.. but i don’t agree with eat whatever you want…
i wont be trying this, i came too far and lost 12 lbs this month to try this ridiculous diet… i would gain it all back!
