    For me it also helps to buy a nice exercise outfit or to put new music on my mp3 player or to buy a cute exercise bag or a bottle in a nice color (doesn’t have to be expensive). Then it feels like a fresh start and it keeps you motivated. Also, reward yourself with little things, for example “If I do my workout 3 times a week, “I’m gonna buy that eyeshadow” or whatever you want to have :)

    i dont really agree with the do a quick exercise during the ad break as exercise is much more effect (some experts say only effective) if dont for 10 mins or more

    haha, it’s so strange like here in the states, a skipping rope is usually called a jump rope and ad breaks are commercials. and organised is spelled organized. i find that so funny! :) (P.S. Great video!)

    Some good advice there. Sure it will motivate some people to get going. I find my exercise routine more sporadic, very dependant on my moods (bi-polar).
    Defo agree with what you said about making it fun. I love hula hooping and I forgot I owed a skipping rope… gotta get that out.
    Don’t suppose you fancy doing a skipping video?, I’m not very good at skipping and don’t know very many techniques.
